  • 2 slices sourdough or whole grain bread, toasted
  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed
  • 2 eggs, fried or sunny-side up
  • 2 slices smoked salmon
  • Small handful of alfalfa or broccoli sprouts
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1 apple, sliced
  • 12 strawberries, halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup hot tea (black, green, or herbal – your choice)

Instructions

  1. Toast two slices of bread until golden brown and spread mashed avocado on top. Season lightly with salt.
