  • 1 tsp olive oil or butter
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled & diced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced carrots

  1. Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper, then pan-fry in olive oil or butter over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side until fully cooked.
