  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
  • 2 tbsp lime juice

Instructions

  1. Start by placing the fresh salmon fillet into the food processor. Pulse until finely chopped but not pureed.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped salmon with parsley, cilantro, breadcrumbs (or almond flour), egg, garlic, smoked paprika, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
