  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla extract.
  5. Fold in sour cream until combined.
  6. Gradually add dry ingredients into the wet mixture until smooth.
  7. Gently fold in well-drained crushed pineapple.
  8. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
