  • 2 cups (400 g) granulated sugar
  • 2 cups (336 g) semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup (109 g) finely chopped pecans

  3. Pour the hot toffee onto the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top and let them soften for about 1-2 minutes before spreading into an even layer.
  5. Top with chopped pecans and gently press them into the melted chocolate.
  6. Allow the toffee to cool at room temperature for about an hour until set.
